Goodguys is not responsible for refunds on any tickets purchased from unauthorized third-party websites or from individuals selling tickets at the event.

The unauthorized sale or resale of any ticket is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. Tickets obtained through unauthorized sources may be invalid, lost, stolen, or counterfeit, and will be considered void. Any unauthorized use, duplication, or reproduction of a ticket—whether in whole or in part—is strictly prohibited.
