To our Members and Supporters,

We appreciate your patience and support as we navigate through these unprecedented times and work to deliver you the Goodguys Good Times we are all craving once this crisis passes.  To keep you up to date on our event schedule and other happenings, we will continue to post updates and information on our website, social media pages and newsletters. 

Please be aware that our corporate office is temporarily closed as a direct result of the health and safety concerns surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic.  During this shutdown, our team will be working remotely from home, and as a result, we ask you to please be patient as our response time may be longer than normal.  Please take note that new Membership Cards, event confirmations and refund requests may take longer than normal to be processed.

Below is an update on our July specific event schedule (as of 6/2/20 at 1:00PM/PST):

GOODGUYS JULY EVENTS UPDATE:

As we enter the month of June, we know that many of you have questions surrounding our upcoming July event schedule.  While we are still unable to give you complete details, here is what we can tell you:

  • We are actively preparing to move forward with all of our currently scheduled July events.
  • We have received positive communications and updates from our host venues and anticipate positive news to move forward with many, if not all, of our July events; howeverwe are still waiting on the official approvals from state, county and/or local governing agencies.

  • RE: Des Moines, IA and Columbus, OH -Our events team is working with venue management at both sites to work towards hosting successful events at both locations.  Any changes, cancellations or updates with these events will be made no later than June 17, 2020.  We understand that you may need to make the best decision possible for your company, and that decision may have to be made before June 17.
  • We will continue to monitor the statuses of our later July events including Salt Lake City, UT and Puyallup, WA and will provide an update in the coming weeks when we have more definitive information.
  • Once we receive approval to produce an event, we will provide specific local market details on all health and safety parameters that will be implemented for each specific event.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue to work with state, county and local officials to gain the approvals needed to produce a healthy and safe event.  In anticipation of a return to producing our events, we have created our Goodguys Cares Health & Safety Guidelines for both Event Attendees and Exhibitors to help you prepare for participating in a Goodguys event:

Below is an update on our remaining 2020 event schedule (as of 6/2/20 at 1:00PM/PST):

10th LMC Truck Spring Lone Star Nationals – Fort Worth, TX

  • This event has been cancelled.
  • All vehicle registrations, spectator ticket and vendor booth space purchases will be automatically transferred to the 28th Summit Racing Lone Star Nationals taking place September 25-27, 2020 at Texas Motor Speedway in Fort Worth, TX.

11th Spring Nationals – Scottsdale, AZ

38th All American Get-Together – Pleasanton, CA

  • This event has been rescheduled for November 12 & 13, 2020, replacing the traditionally scheduled 31st Autumn Get-Together
  • All vehicle registrations, spectator ticket and vendor booth space purchases will be automatically transferred to the rescheduled date.

20th Meguiar’s Del Mar Nationals – Del Mar, CA

  • This event has been rescheduled for October 2-4, 2020
  • All vehicle registrations, spectator ticket and vendor booth space purchases will be automatically transferred to the rescheduled date.

6th North Carolina Nationals Presented By Griot’s Garage – Raleigh, NC

  • This event has been postponed from its originally scheduled date of April 24-26, 2020 and we are actively negotiating a reschedule date with the host venue.
  • All vehicle registrations, spectator ticket and vendor booth space purchases will be automatically transferred to the rescheduled date once it is announced.

15th Nashville Nationals presented by BASF – Nashville, TN

  • This event has been rescheduled for August 28-30, 2020
  • All vehicle registrations, spectator ticket and vendor booth space purchases will be automatically transferred to the rescheduled date.

1st Racedeck Salt Lake Nationals – Salt Lake City, UT

  • This event has been rescheduled for July 17-20, 2020.
  • All vehicle registrations, spectator ticket and vendor booth space purchases will be automatically transferred to the rescheduled date.

27th Summer Get-Together – Pleasanton, CA

  • This event has been cancelled.
  • All vehicle registrations, spectator ticket and vendor booth space purchases will be automatically transferred to the 38th All American Get-Together taking place November 12 & 13, 2020 at the Alameda County Fairgrounds in Pleasanton.
