With the season of giving upon us, Goodguys would like to tip our caps to a group of AutoCross veterans for donating their time to raise money for the Wounded Warrior Project. Headed by Rob McGregor of No Limit Engineering, the group of AutoCross racers offered hi-speed “ride along’s” during the final three Goodguys events of the year – the 23rd Autumn Get-Together presented by J. RockCliff Realtors in Pleasanton, the 15th Southwest Nationals in Scottsdale and the 2nd Fall Del Mar Nationals presented by Meguiar’s. Following McGregor’s lead – the AutoCrosser’s offered ride along’s for various donation amounts with 100% of the proceeds going to the Wounded Warrior Project.
When it was all said and done, the group had raised over $23,000 dollars! Now that’s something to be thankful for! McGregor also had other things to be thankful for including winning the Goodguys AutoCross Truck Class Championship for 2012 – a victory he sealed in Del Mar.
